I've seen many versions of these owls but I modified it slightly to suit the Stampin Up punches I had. I've tried to show how I achieved the owls head using the SU Circle Scallop punch and SU large circle punch. By punching out 3 of the scallops from the Circle Scallop head, it achieved a better shaped owl head and the removed sections became the owl wings.
Am I pleased to find your post. I too have seen many owls but could never do them for lack of punches. Can't wait to try this little fellow!
