I achieved the large black scalloped circle by using my Stampin Up Scallop border punch on a straight strip of black card. Under each scallop loop I snipped half way through the bottom of the card, then overlaped the little snipped pieces of card at the bottom while adhering it with double sided to the white circle.

Stampin up - Echoes of Kindness
I achieved the large black scalloped circle by using my Stampin Up Scallop border punch on a straight strip of black card.
